80% would be clear before the event i.e. by A/C transfer & rest of the 20% amount would get clear on the previous day by account transfer/cash only. If it is non working day of Bank then you use IMPS/BHIM/Google Pay/Paytm pay option. Unless and until we received full payment at least 24 hours before in our account artist have the rights to cancel the show at that point of time. Organizer's does not have any rights to sue against this circumstances. No cheque will be accepted on the same day or post dated. After completion of payment we will provide the final bill.

After receiving the advance amount we will give the mail acknowledgement.

N.B:- In case of any natural calamities or from the management end itself if show gets canceled or postpone then both the parties are not responsible for the same, in that case advance amount will not be refunded, and organizing party will fixed the date with the consent of the Rudraksha Band, and additional transportation cost & artist cost would be borne by the organizing committee for the same.
